My proposed solution aims to bridge the knowledge gap by providing early NEO P1 customers with a streamlined care guide. This project focuses on developing a user-friendly onboarding experience for syn-bio plants. Leveraging the feature of AppClips as an immediate digital guide, it provides clear instructions as soon as the product is received. The app serves as an educational hub, offering an in-app Q&A platform for inquiries and integrating e-commerce for convenient purchase of necessary supplies.

Exploring NeoP1's online presence from a customer's viewpoint, I found that while the website and social media content are engaging and visually appealing, locating specific care instructions for the NeoP1 proved challenging.

To determine what users require from a platform dedicated to synthetic biology plant care, I conducted a questionnaire-based interview and posted it online within communities focused on science, biotechnology, digital technology, and plant care.

This classification helps assess the significance of each feature against potential budget constraints and prioritizes those that offer the greatest benefits to users.
