NeoPlant's groundbreaking NEO P1—a bioengineered houseplant designed for superior VOC depollution and air purification—has sparked significant interest but poses a challenge due to its specialized care requirements. My proposed solution aims to bridge the knowledge gap by providing early NEO P1 customers with a streamlined care guide. This project focuses on developing a user-friendly onboarding experience for syn-bio plants. Leveraging the feature of AppClips as an immediate digital guide, it provides clear instructions as soon as the product is received. The app serves as an educational hub, offering an in-app Q&A platform for inquiries and integrating e-commerce for convenient purchase of necessary supplies.
